Sense of Soul is a charity event to raise money for Myeloma UK.

£30 will need to be donated to Charlotte’s Just Giving page. Please see the link below to secure your ticket. An additional £10 will be required on arrival for lunch. Tickets are sold like this so the money goes straight to Myeloma UK as we are fundraising on behalf of this charity.

Welcome to a transformative experience that will allow you to move your body through vinyasa yoga and meditation with Lillian on the mat, sound bath with Lizzie, a discussion on skincare/lymthatic drainage and use of the gua sha stone with Charlotte Jane Aesthetics and an opportunity to paint, practice gratitude/ journaling and be creative while connecting with likeminded people.

Join us at Lyde Court in Herefordshire for a day filled with self-discovery and spiritual growth. Embrace yoga breathe work and soundbath workshops led by wellbeing experts, engage in a guided meditation and connect with like minded individuals over a wholesome lunch in the sunshine. Let go of stress, find inner peace, and leave with a renewed sense of being.

Don’t miss this opportunity to nourish your soul and let go of stress. Tickets are £40 per person and local businesses are kindly donating their time, skill and venue free of charge. £10 of each ticket will be the cost toward lunch and the additional £30 will be donated to Myeloma UK.

This charity is close to Charlotte’s heart as her mum was diagnosed with multiple Myeloma in March 2024. This wellness day is to raise money to find a cure, continue with clinical trials and support for patients and families receiving treatment.

All proceeds go to Myeloma UK. In order to raise these funds Charlotte will be running the Paris half marathon in March 2026 and walking the wall of China for 9 days in October 2026.

*BEFORE BOOKING *

Due to the sound bath there are some contra indications to be aware of –

Sound baths are NOT suitable for the first trimester of pregnancy or anyone with a pacemaker. Sound bath is also not suitable for fractures or broken bones.

If you have any metal work or pins in your body please inform us on the day so the session can be adjusted accordingly.
