– Beetroot Carpaccio with Whipped Goat’s Cheese & Candied Walnuts
Local beets, garden herbs, drizzle of balsamic and Herefordshire honey. (v / gf)

– Herefordshire Fillet of Beef with Red Wine & Dark Chocolate Jus
Fondant potatoes, buttered greens, and roasted baby carrots.

Crushed new potatoes, tender-stem broccoli, and pea shoots.

– Wild Mushroom, Spinach & Truffle Risotto
