A 17th century L-shaped barn space with rustic charm. It offers a characterful indoor setting as part of Lyde Court’s choice of locations. Set across two floors with mezzanine levels at either end, it is large enough to host 250 guests. Able to host multiple-table seating setups, banquet style dining or cleared entirely for a band/DJ dance floor with a raised stage located at the end.
A brand-new event and wedding space, adorned with thousands of warm, cascading fairy lights. The Festival Barn can accommodate up to 500 guests and includes a professional stage, sound system, heating, a fully licensed bar and a pop-up kitchen, with flexible layouts and table plans tailored to each event.
Easily adaptable for every occasion. A large, open outdoor lawn space surrounded by nature. Panoramic views across to Dinmore Hill and the Malvern Hills beyond. Suitable for drinks receptions, ceremonies, parties and gatherings in the warmer months.
Adjacent to the main barn, ideal for outdoor drinks receptions, garden parties, or a relaxed summer gathering. Protected by the barn on one side, open to the Herefordshire countryside on the other. Canopies and shelter available.
Versatile, sheltered outdoor area hung with dried hops. Attached to a non-covered grass lawn, both come under the hire for this space.
Enclosed garden space which creates an intimate, almost hidden atmosphere, ideal for smaller gatherings or those who want something a little different.
Our Bridal Suite and White Room provide the perfect spaces for wedding day preparations and relaxation. The White Room offers a serene and elegant setting for getting ready, while the luxurious Bridal Suite awaits for a peaceful retreat at the end of your celebrations. Both spaces are designed to add comfort and beauty to your special day.
The VIP rooms are in the main Lyde Court building, within the 17th-century stone structure on the Duchy of Cornwall Estate. Each room is en-suite with its own character, stone walls, original features and the quiet of the Herefordshire countryside outside.
The Oast House is a converted outbuilding on the Lyde Court estate, offering a range of dormitory and multi-bed rooms at budget-friendly rates. It is well suited to walking groups, cycling clubs, U3A trips, family gatherings, school groups, sporting clubs and anyone who needs affordable accommodation for a larger party in Herefordshire.
The Oast House rooms sleep between 4 and 22 guests per room, with a total on-site capacity of up to 56 guests across all accommodation.
