Starter: A sharing platter of Honey and Rosemary Baked Camembert with homemade focaccia, Spanish olives, sunblushed tomatoes, and grilled vegetable antipasti.
Main Course: Select one:
Supreme of Chicken in Mushroom and White Wine Sauce: Served with truffle creamed potatoes.
Daube au Boeuf: Slow-cooked beef in red wine with roasted shallots, smoked bacon, tarragon, and dauphinoise potatoes.
Wild Mushroom Risotto: With truffle oil and Parmesan (vegetarian option).
