Upon your arrival please check in at Reception.
Please note that we are not able to provide travel cots. One full English breakfast per person is included in the cost of your stay. Please specify if you require any Vegetarian breakfasts or if you have any allergies. Please note that we will not cater for guests with severe allergies. Guests with severe allergies must bring their own food in a sealed container which cannot be contaminated. Breakfast is served 8.30am prompt in the Main Barn.
Check-in is from 1pm on the day of your booking unless otherwise prearranged with us directly. Check-out is by 10am the next morning unless a special arrangement has been made.
Cancellations – Any cancellation is subject to a £10 cancellation fee per person booked in. No refund can be given for cancellations less than 7 days before your stay.
No alcohol can be brought into, and consumed within the dormitories. Dorm checks by security are carried out at every event. Any alcohol that is found will be confiscated. The consumption of alcohol within the dormitories is in breach of Lyde Court’s premises license. Smoking is prohibited within the dormitories as it is a fire hazard and will compromise the safety of other guests staying in the Oast House. Any guests consuming alcohol and/or smoking within the dormitories shall be asked to leave the premises immediately. You must not damage or interfere with any items belonging to us. You must bring any damage to our property to our immediate attention. We may either (at our sole discretion) request the immediate re-payment of our reasonable costs during your stay or instruct a third party to contact you after your stay to recover the reasonable costs for any repair, replacement or specialist cleaning we incur if you damage our property. If you request it we will send a breakdown of these costs to the address used for the booking.
Please note that we do not provide hairdryers in any of our rooms.
Please note Lyde Court does not allow any dogs.
